Amy graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2019 with her Bachelor of Science and again in 2022 with her Masters of Physiotherapy.
She believes that each individual is unique and requires personalized treatment to best suit the client’s injury and lifestyle and as such, partners with her clients in order to meet their rehabilitation goals. She utilizes a combination of therapeutic exercises, education, manual therapy, and modalities for treatment.
She enjoys treating patient of any age group but has a special interest in the pediatric population. She has worked at the Movement Centre of Manitoba, providing rehabilitation services for children living with neurological disorders such as cerebral palsy, developmental delays, and others. She plans to further her education and continue learning through post-graduate courses, included but not limited to those about treating the pediatric population and neurological rehabilitation.
They are committed to providing professional evidence-based hands-on treatment, and education and exercises to help reduce your pain and restore your function and mobility. They pursue ongoing post-graduate courses to employ the most current techniques in their practice.
