She has also continued her education in this field, and has added dry needling and myofascial release to her practice. Since having twins in 2012, she has developed an appreciation of the stresses pregnancy places on the body. This began her interest in pilates, and she has incorporated these exercises into home programs for her clients. She believes in promoting and maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle for herself and her family.
She enjoys curling, softball, and waterskiing, and has recently joined a recreational soccer team. She also loves to watch her children enjoying physical activity, and is getting re-acquainted with gymnastics and hockey. She can often be found with her family walking the trails through Hentelleff Park.
They are committed to providing professional evidence-based hands-on treatment, and education and exercises to help reduce your pain and restore your function and mobility. They pursue ongoing post-graduate courses to employ the most current techniques in their practice.
